Marco Gualdi

President and CEO

Marco has a unique experience on both Industry and Agency side. He graduated in Business Management with a specialization in Marketing. He has achieved a successful career in leading multinational companies, founding in 1987 the Italian office of Interbrand, the Omnicom Brand Consultancy agency. In the following year, he launched Inventa CPM, one of the top 3 Italian agencies specialized in Integrated Communication, including relationship, field and experiential marketing. In 2006 he entered the Healthcare market starting CDM Milan, which is the first Omnicom Healthcare agency in Italy. Today Marco is the President of all of the above Omnicom Companies, besides being a University lecturer at some master courses.

Annamaria Pedemonti

Business Director

Annamaria holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Communications. In 2003 she started working in communications agencies, managing international clients and global accounts. In 2006 she worked as a Communications Consultant in Munich, as a support to the Marketing Director. She has been working in the healthcare business since 2006 and has helped to develop and expand CDM Milan since its very beginning. Through years she has been expanding her experience and knowledge in a number of therapeutic areas, including CNS, oncology, CV, diabetes, respiratory, osteoporosis, transplants, GI, virology, rare diseases. Since mid-2012, Annamaria has fulfilled the role of Business Director.

Lorena Ortica

Creative Director

Lorena was born in Perugia and raised in Milan, where she studied and obtained a University Degree in Communications and Contemporary Arts Management. Before entering CDM Milan, Lorena has achieved a significant professional experience in Communication, within the Omnicom Group. In 2005 she was appointed Head of the Creative Department. She is strongly driven by curiosity and passion for her work.

Gio Arenare

Scientific Director

Gio has a degree in Biology at the University of Pavia and has over 20 years experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry, covering more and more prominent positions in Sales and Marketing fields. He entered the Healthcare Communication Agency world in 2004, firstly as a medical writer and then promoted to Head of Scientific Affairs. Besides taking care of the scientific content of all communication deliverables, Gio has handled several educational and editorial projects, along with the support of KOLs. He has a experience in haematology, Infectious disease, nephrology, oncology, cardiovascular diseases, respiratory and CNS. In May 2015 Gio was appointed as Scientific Director in CDM Milan.
